    Data-Driven Content Insights

    The Analytics page provides comprehensive insights into your content creation and performance. Track posts created and published, monitor AI token usage and costs, analyze engagement metrics, discover your best posting times, and understand how you're using your research library. All data is presented in an easy-to-understand format with multiple tabs for detailed analysis.

    Overview Cards

    At the top of the Analytics page, four key metric cards provide an instant snapshot of your activity:

    Total Posts

    The total number of posts in your library within the selected date range. Shows a breakdown of published and scheduled posts below the main number.

    Posts Generated

    The number of posts created using AI generation. This shows how much content was produced by the AI in the selected time period.

    AI Tokens Used

    Total AI tokens consumed for content generation. Shows the estimated cost in dollars below the token count, helping you track AI usage expenses.

    Statistics Saved

    The number of research statistics you've saved to your library. These are facts and figures you can use to enhance your content credibility.

    Date Range Selection

    Use the date range dropdown in the top-right corner to filter all analytics data. Your selection affects the overview cards, platform breakdown, and all tab data.

    Tip

    Use shorter date ranges (7 days) for monitoring recent activity and longer ranges (90 days or 1 year) for identifying trends and patterns in your content strategy.

    Platform Breakdown

    Below the overview cards, you'll see a visual breakdown of your posts by platform. Each platform shows:

    Platform NameX posts (Y%)
    • Platform name - The social media platform (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, etc.)
    • Post count - Number of posts for that platform in the selected period
    • Percentage - Proportion of total posts for each platform
    • Progress bar - Visual representation of the percentage

    Note: This breakdown only appears if you have posts across multiple platforms. If all your posts are for a single platform, this section may not be displayed.

    Overview Tab

    The Overview tab provides an activity summary showing your content creation activity broken down by status:

    Cost Tracking: The AI cost is calculated based on the number of tokens used during content generation. Monitor this to optimize your AI usage and budget.

    The Best Times tab analyzes your published posts to determine when your content receives the highest engagement. This data-driven insight helps you optimize your posting schedule.

    To get accurate recommendations, you need:
