Every post in PromptOutput has a status that indicates where it is in the publishing workflow:
Post is saved but not yet scheduled or published. You can continue editing drafts anytime.
Post is queued for automatic publishing at a specific date and time you've selected.
Post has been successfully published to your social media account. Engagement metrics are now tracked.
Publishing failed due to an error (expired token, API issue, etc.). Check the error message and retry.
Failed Posts
If a post fails, check that your social account is still connected and has valid permissions. You can reconnect accounts in the Social Accounts page.
Published posts display real-time engagement metrics right on the dashboard:

Click the refresh icon next to any published post to update its engagement metrics
At the top of your dashboard, you may see a Plan Limit Banner showing:

Getting Started
Empty states include direct links to help you get started quickly. Click "Create Post" to navigate directly to the AI generation page.
Common issues and how to resolve them:
Stats not updating
Dashboard stats are fetched when the page loads. If you've made changes in another tab, refresh the page to see updated numbers.
Engagement metrics showing zero
Engagement data is only available for published posts. Click the refresh button next to a published post to fetch the latest metrics from the social platform.
Recent posts not appearing
The dashboard shows only your 5 most recent posts. If you have more posts, click "View all" to see your complete post history.
Welcome message not personalized
Update your first name in Account Settings to see a personalized greeting on your dashboard.
Plan limit banner not showing
The plan limit banner only appears when you're approaching or have reached your monthly post limit. If you have plenty of capacity, it won't display.
