Toggle between two view modes using the buttons in the top right corner of the page:
Tip
Use Grid View for a visual overview of your content, and switch to List View when you need to quickly scan through many posts or manage content in bulk.
Use the filter bar to quickly find specific posts. All filters work together to narrow down results.

Search posts by content text. Find posts containing specific keywords, hashtags, or phrases.

Each post has a status badge indicating its current state in the publishing workflow:
Draft
Generated or imported content not yet scheduled. Edit freely, add links, and perfect your content before publishing.
Scheduled
Set to publish at a specific date and time. The post will be automatically published when the scheduled time arrives.
Published
Successfully posted to the social media platform. Track engagement metrics and view the live post directly from the library.
Failed
Publishing attempt was unsuccessful. Check the error message, verify your connected account, and retry publishing.

Refresh Engagement
Click the refresh icon on any published post to fetch the latest engagement metrics from the social platform. The icon spins while fetching data.
Note: Engagement metrics are pulled from the social media platform's API. Some platforms may have slight delays in reporting the most recent engagement data.
Different actions are available based on the post status. Hover over action icons to see tooltips.

Important: Deleting a published post removes it from your Posts Library but does not delete it from the social media platform. To remove a post from the platform, you must delete it directly on that platform.

Page Information
The page shows the current range (e.g., "Showing 1 - 20 of 100 posts") and total count. Previous/Next buttons are disabled when you're at the first or last page.
Tip
Use the filters to narrow down results before paginating. This makes it easier to find specific posts without scrolling through many pages.
