    Create Focused Queries

Rather than one broad query, create specific queries for brand mentions, competitors, and industry keywords separately. This makes analysis easier and alerts more actionable.

    2

    Use Exclusion Keywords

Add common spam terms and irrelevant keywords to your exclusion list to reduce noise and focus on meaningful mentions.

    Check the AI Briefing Daily

Start your day with the AI Daily Briefing for a quick summary of what's happening across your social landscape.

    4

    Enable Alerts for Critical Queries

Enable alerts on your brand monitoring queries to catch potential issues early and respond quickly to opportunities.

    5

    Respond Promptly to Mentions

Use the Respond to Mentions feature to quickly engage with your audience while conversations are still active.
