Toggle between two display modes using the buttons in the top right:
Grid View
Card-based layout showing source previews, thumbnails, and status badges. Best for visual browsing and media-heavy libraries.
List View
Compact row layout with all information inline. Best for quickly scanning large libraries and seeing more sources at once.
Your view preference is saved and remembered for future visits.
Navigating Large Libraries
Sources are displayed 20 per page for optimal performance. When you have more than 20 sources:
Source stuck on "Processing"
Processing usually takes a few seconds to a minute. If stuck longer, try deleting and re-uploading the file. Large documents may take longer to process.
Source shows "Failed" status
This usually means the file couldn't be processed. Check that the file isn't corrupted, password-protected, or in an unsupported format. Try re-uploading or converting to a different format.
YouTube transcript not available
Not all YouTube videos have transcripts. If unavailable, the AI will use the video title and description instead. Videos with auto-generated captions usually have transcripts.
URL content not extracting properly
Some websites block content extraction. Try copying the text content manually into a text file and uploading that instead.
Upload fails immediately
Check your internet connection and ensure the file is under 50 MB. Try a different browser if the issue persists.
Now that you have sources uploaded and organized, learn how to turn them into engaging social media posts:
